Employment Visas for Private Companies
Private companies in the UAE can apply for new employment entry permits, provided they convert them to residence visas within 30 days of the employee’s arrival.
Free Zone Companies: Employment visas are typically valid for three years.
Mainland (Onshore) Companies: Visas are generally valid for two years.
Employers are also responsible for arranging the employee’s travel, including securing airline approvals such as the “OK to board” when required.
- Family Residency Visas (Applicable to UAE residents only)
If your family members are currently outside the UAE, you must first apply for an entry residence visa. Once they arrive, you have 30 days to apply for their residence visa stamp.
